Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Turf Director to lead field operations, targeting precincts and voters with data-driven strategies. You will train staff, coordinate with directors, and ensure equitable, effective canvassing across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include turf data analysis, leadership development, and ongoing coordination with stakeholders to implement GOTV plans. The role begins ASAP with potential to run through November.

Responsibilities

• Identify target precincts and voter subsets within assigned areas.
• Train and provide ongoing motivation and support to staff.
• Identify, promote, and train a leadership team.
• Build a diverse team with a culture of equity and justice.
• Canvass every week and monitor performance.
• Implement quality control to ensure data integrity.
• Foster a healthy, safe working environment for staff.
• Develop strategic plans to reach target voters in locations.
• Audit campaign data nightly, weekly, and monthly as needed.
