Job summary

General Kinematics, a premier manufacturer of vibrating process equipment, seeks a Territory Sales Engineer for the assigned North American region. You will drive sales of new equipment and aftermarket parts, coordinate with engineering and management, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 3–5 years in design, and proven sales experience in capital equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering design is preferred.
• Experience in material handling, manufacturing industry or vibratory equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, working knowledge of CAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve specific sales goals for new equipment and aftermarket parts in the assigned region.
• Lead sales projects through the full sales cycle, including quotes and contract negotiations.
• Travel extensively within the region.
• Collaborate with GK Directors, Managers and Engineering to develop competitive proposals.
• Develop and manage a pipeline by engaging external manufacturers and reps.
