Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services in Beaver County is seeking an Engineering Technician to design, program, and verify NC machine setups and fixtures. You will collaborate with Production and Quality teams to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly.

Daily tasks include creating NC programs, training operators, debugging machining and welding issues, and proposing process improvements. You will model parts, support engineers, and help map space for new equipment.

Qualifications

  • Foundation of a high school diploma, with extra points for a degree.
  • Five years of manufacturing experience are valuable. Lean techniques are a plus.
  • 1–3 years behind NC machine operations.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Geometric and trigonometric problem-solving is a plus.
  • Measuring skills are essential.
  • Blueprints are well understood.
  • Team spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and conversational English.

Responsibilities
