Qualifications

• NC Pre‑K Lead Teacher credentials (B‑K License or BA/BS in ECE or related field with NC Pre‑K eligibility).
• At least 2 years of experience working with preschool‑age children.
• Experience with TSG and lesson planning.
• Knowledge of NC Early Learning Standards.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement NC Pre‑K–approved curriculum with fidelity.
• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction for children ages 4–5.
• Support social‑emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development.
• Maintain required NC Pre‑K and DCDEE documentation.
• Collaborate with assistants, specialists, and families.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment.
