Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks an experienced Strategic Account Leader to own multi-year plans with health systems and national accounts, coordinating across customer-facing teams to drive growth and enterprise value.

You will manage executive relationships, align solutions to strategic goals, and expand the installed base across Imaging, Digital Solutions, and Enterprise Services, while navigating complex negotiations in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, consulting, or healthcare leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large IDNs, health systems, or enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Track record of driving revenue growth across matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute multi-year strategic account plans for assigned health systems and national accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, service line leaders, procurement teams, clinicians, and key decision makers.
• Drive enterprise revenue growth, market share gains, and strategic opportunity development.
• Lead complex, multi-site, multi-modality opportunities and enterprise pursuits.
• Lead without direct authority across a matrixed organization spanning regions and business lines.
• Partner with customer leadership to advance clinical, operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate forecasting activities across regions and business units to provide enterprise account visibility.
