Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, consulting, or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large IDNs, health systems, or enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Track record of driving revenue growth across matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute multi-year strategic account plans for assigned health systems and national accounts.
• Serve as the senior Siemens Healthineers leader responsible for overall account strategy, growth, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate governance structures, business reviews, and account operating rhythms to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers.
• Drive enterprise revenue growth, market share gains, and strategic opportunity development.
• Lead complex, multi-site, multi-modality opportunities and enterprise pursuits.
