Epic Minds Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA Recruiter for an onsite role to source, evaluate, and hire BCBA and other clinical candidates, partnering with hiring managers and clinical teams throughout the recruitment process.

You will use multiple channels to attract talent, conduct interviews, perform background checks, maintain records, and support flexible full-time or part-time staffing as needed.

Competenze

• 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new recruiting software.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Identify and attract top BCBA and other candidates through postings, social media, and referrals.
