• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new recruitment software and systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
