Epic Minds Therapy in Gibsonville, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team and help transform lives through evidence-based practice.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success, while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
