Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA Recruiter for an onsite role to source, evaluate, and hire BCBA and other clinical candidates, partnering with hiring managers and clinical teams throughout the recruitment process.

You will use multiple channels to attract talent, conduct interviews, perform background checks, maintain records, and support flexible full-time or part-time staffing as needed.

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a BCBA Recruiter for an onsite role in North Carolina. The position focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified BCBA and other candidates while supporting hiring managers and clinical teams through each step of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent using multiple recruitment channels, including job postings, social media, and referrals
• Screen and conduct interviews to determine the best-fit candidates for BCBA and other roles
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and clinical teams
• Perform background checks and verifications for new hires
• Maintain accurate, current records covering job postings, candidate interactions, and hiring activities
• Recruit, interview, and support the selection of BCBA candidates for both full-time and part-time positions
• Partner with hiring managers to help shape recruitment strategies and interview questions
• Use recruitment tools to post openings, manage applicants, and store candidate information
• Ensure recruiting activities follow company recruitment policies and procedures
• Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout all recruitment steps

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new recruitment software and systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
