Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
• At least 4 years of bridge/structures inspection experience.
• Familiarity with NBIS reporting systems and agency requirements.
• NBIS training per 23 CFR 650.309 within the last 5 years.
• Experience developing load rating analyses for legal/permit vehicles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead NBIS Bridge Inspection tasks as Team Leader.
• Coordinate daily activities of inspection staff and equipment.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports in client formats.
• Perform quality control reviews of reports for accuracy.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Manage task orders and projects as required.
