RK&K is seeking an experienced NBIS Bridge Inspection Team Leader in the Baltimore area to oversee inspections for clients across Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC. You will lead structural inspections of bridges and related structures, ensuring compliance with NBIS and client guidelines.

You will develop detailed reports, perform QA reviews, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with managers to schedule field activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
• 4 years’ experience in bridge/structures inspections.
• Familiarity with NBIS and reporting systems.
• NBIS training completed within last 5 years.

Aufgaben

• NBIS Team Leader for inspection tasks.
• Schedule daily activities with inspectors and equipment.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports in client formats.
• Perform QA reviews of reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate across RK&K locations and mentor junior engineers.
• Lead task orders and projects as required.
