Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP seeks an experienced New Business Intake Conflicts Specialist for a full-time, fully remote role. Based in West or East Coast time zones, you will review and process new matter intake, ensure policy adherence, and support attorneys and staff in matter openings.

You will work with Intapp, iManage and Aderant, collaborating with lawyers and assistants to deliver accurate, timely responses and contribute to technology projects within the intake team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment – preferably new business intake.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage and Aderant preferred.

Fisher Phillips, a leading international labor and employment law firm, is expanding our intake team and seeking an experienced New Business Intake Conflicts Specialist to join our team. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the department's intake of requests from attorneys, Accounting, and others, and provide accurate and timely responses

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
