Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Intern for Spring 2027 (January – May). The on-site internship supports sponsorship activations and event planning, working with front office staff at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

The position offers hands-on experience with Pacers and Fever partnerships during home games. The role requires current college enrollment (junior/senior/grad), strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department at Indiana Fever and/or Indiana Pacers home games with setup responsibilities.
• Understand brand and business objectives of each Pacers and Fever Partner.
• Build work schedules for game day activation and ensure partner promotions are executed during events.
• Support the department in day-to-day tasks and undertake projects/activities as assigned.
• Ensure timely delivery of all sponsorship projects and initiatives.
• Assist in creating recap presentations after events and season end.
