Job summary

Bowhead seeks an experienced Training Systems Manager to support Navy Unmanned Aircraft Systems training development, ensuring integrated training aligned with system development and sustainment requirements. You will support the ULS-A IPT within the PAE Robotics and Autonomous Systems AIR PMO, delivering accurate training artifacts and briefings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or BS/BA with 16 years' experience.
• Extensive knowledge of military training systems, logistics doctrine and IPS requirements.
• Experience with LCSP, LRFS, WSPD and related logistics planning documents.
• Ability to integrate CJCSI 3255 BUQ and airspace guidance into training development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop Navy Training Systems Plans and related products per OPNAVINST 76 Series.
• Lead creation/review of training curriculum, LCSPs, LRFSs, SOWs and other docs.
• Analyze designs to determine training and logistics supportability; document analyses.
• Prepare budgets, cost/schedule/performance data, and POM inputs; support contracting.
• Serve as primary training POC; provide clear briefings and recommendations.
