Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Weapons System Requirements Analyst to support the US Navy's Submarine program. You will perform multi-discipline analysis, develop test plans, and coordinate with NAVSEA, DOT&E, and other stakeholders to ensure DT requirements are met.

You'll provide expert reviews of submarine system specs, collaborate with interagency teams, and mentor junior analysts while traveling up to 10%. A DoD secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance (ability to obtain/maintain/transfer)
• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years SSBN MT experience or High School Diploma with 9 years experience
• Prior DASO or post SSBN ERO SITP experience
• Prior SP205 or SPP51 experience
• Knowledge of SWS and SWSS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced capabilities
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of military capabilities across multiple disciplines to identify changes in adversary capabilities
• Participate in detailed test and evaluation planning meetings to coordinate test execution
• Coordinate with OPTEVFOR and DOT&E Stakeholders to develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan
• Coordinate with Warfare Centers to plan, schedule, and execute first of class post delivery events
• Provide expert insight and analysis of submarine system specifications and architectural drawings
• Develop and present analytical products, briefings and evaluation tools to military customers
• Interact with external customers and internal teams to determine project scope and deliverables
• May supervise junior analysts or project team members
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
