Job summary

ISPA Technology is seeking a Training Developer and Instructor to design and deliver technical training for the U.S. Navy’s autonomous surface and underwater systems.

A strong Navy technical background, formal instructor experience, and curriculum development expertise are required to support Fleet readiness. Ideal candidates have experience with AIM II, CPM, and CeTARS, plus the ability to conduct JDTA analyses and collaborate with SMEs to keep materials current.

Qualifications

5+ years of U.S. Navy technical experience.
2+ years of formal Navy schoolhouse instructor experience.
Experience with AIM II, CPM, CeTARS, or similar systems.
Active Secret Security Clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Develop and update Navy training curriculum using PADDIE+M, AIM II, CPM, or similar instructional development tools.
Deliver classroom instruction, simulator training, and hands-on laboratory exercises.
Ensure courseware complies with NAVEDTRA standards and Fleet requirements.
Conduct JDTA to support new and evolving autonomous system training.
Collaborate with SMEs to maintain current training materials.
