Systems Planning & Analysis in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Training Analyst to support NAVSEA’s Naval Special Warfare Program Office. The role entails developing and delivering training materials for Fleet operators and program stakeholders, ensuring instructional content reflects current capabilities and requirements.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 3-7 years of experience in training for the DoD or Navy programs, along with an active DoD Secret clearance.

We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.

The Instructor/Training Analyst will support NAVSEA’s PMS 340 office by developing, delivering, and maintaining training materials that support Fleet operators, maintainers, and program stakeholders. This role includes conducting training needs assessments, creating instructional content, facilitating classroom and hands‑on training sessions, and coordinating with engineering, logistics, and program teams to ensure training products accurately reflect current system capabilities and operational requirements.
