Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Field Support Representative – Technical Instructor to develop and deliver training programs for the sustainment and maintenance of autonomous surface vessel systems. This role includes hands-on instruction, field support, and performance assessments to prepare operators and maintainers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting hardware/software systems in maritime or autonomous systems.
• Experience delivering hands-on technical training in operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose system faults.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on ASV system sustainment and troubleshooting.
• Provide instructor-led training to internal teams and customers.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and system-level issues.
