Job summary

ISPA Technology in Panama City Beach, FL seeks an experienced Training Developer and Instructor to create and deliver technical training for the U.S. Navy's autonomous surface and underwater systems.

The role requires a Navy technical background, formal instructor experience, and the ability to develop curriculum that supports Fleet readiness. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain current training materials and ensure NAVEDTRA standards are met to support government

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Navy technical experience.
• 2+ years of formal Navy schoolhouse instructor experience.
• Experience with AIM II, CPM, CeTARS, or similar military LMS preferred.
• Experience with unmanned or autonomous systems is highly desirable.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Navy training curriculum using PADDIE+M, AIM II, CPM, or similar instructional development tools.
• Deliver classroom instruction, simulator training, and hands-on laboratory exercises.
• Ensure courseware complies with NAVEDTRA standards and Fleet operational requirements.
• Conduct Job Duty Task Analyses (JDTA) to support new and evolving autonomous system training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain current, effective training materials.
