Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering seeks a Navy Technical Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA. This hybrid role oversees a large, multi-year contract for high- and low-voltage electrical systems on DDG-1000 class platforms, DDG-51 Flight III, and related programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage funding actions, and deliver contractual reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontract administration, OEM coordination, shipboard maintenance, and GFP/CAP stewardship while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from a U.S.-accredited institution.
• 10 years of relevant project management experience with planning, scheduling, and client interfacing.
• Secret level security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.
• U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track labor and funding across multiple task orders and funding cycles.
• Manage 100+ POs/subcontracts annually and oversee changes and closeouts.
• Coordinate obsolescence mitigations, shipboard maintenance, and testing activities.
• Lead monthly technical and financial reporting, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications.
