Qualifications
Must possess a REAL ID or U.S. Passport.
Ten years of hands-on experience with Navy HM&E or electronic systems.
Five to seven years overseeing project-level initiatives.
Proven ability to supervise technical support teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as the electrical SME and project lead.
Lead electrical teams in cableway management.
Supervise and mentor junior electricians.
Maintain and update QA documentation OQE.
Perform duties as Site Foreman when required.
