Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, or an Associate's with 8 years, or a high school diploma with 11 years of experience.
• Experience with CNO availability planning and Navy surface ship maintenance.
• Must be able to work on-site at Norfolk Naval Station.
• U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support CNO availability planning and execution for Navy surface ships.
• Track and analyze surface ship maintenance data, including CSMP inputs and availability schedules.
• Help develop reports, metrics, and briefings for senior Navy and civilian leadership.
• Prepare materials and support maintenance planning meetings, availability reviews, and working groups.
• Manage action items, schedules, and risks related to maintenance execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across RMCs, shipyards, and program offices.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Project to organize and present data.
• Analyze findings from databases such as NMD, SMDII to develop flag level briefs.
