Job summary

R&P Technologies, a mid-sized defense contractor, is seeking a mid-level Business Financial Analyst to join the Navy Shipbuilding Program inside PAE Maritime. You will support DoD financial systems, budget development, and program budgeting using PBIS, NEPS, and ERP.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in financial management, strong communication skills, and an active Secret clearance. You will produce budget exhibits, SAR/DAES reports, and track funding execution for timely Navy reporting.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma/GED with 7+ Years' Experience in business/financial management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Navy data repositories such as N-ERP, NEPS, PBIS.
• Familiarity with GFE processes and PARM management.
• Experience with Shipbuilding, SCN, RDT&E appropriations; active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Navy use of DoD financial systems including PBIS, ERP, NEPS.
• Assist in developing financial documentation for SCN funding.
• Prepare budget exhibits and reports such as SAR, DAES, APBs.
• Provide execution data and analysis for mid-year reviews.
• Track funding execution and ensure accurate Navy records.
• Maintain financial status, resources, and obligations data.
• Develop budget resource requirements and TPSs with spend plans.
