Job summary

Ingalls Shipbuilding is seeking a seasoned scheduling professional to lead the integrated master plan and schedule for complex shipbuilding programs. You will coordinate across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality to ensure schedules align with program objectives.

Responsibilities include risk analysis, critical path resolution, and using Gantt/PERT/EV methodologies to monitor progress and drive interventions across functional groups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years experience or higher.
• Master's Degree or above with 4 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives. Ensures major projects and schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis and resolves critical path conflicts.
