Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Navy Recruiting Program Analyst to support MPTE flow analysis and reporting. You will engage with analytic tools to track metrics, schedules, and deliverables for Navy Recruiting Command initiatives, ensuring data-driven recommendations.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and DoD Secret clearance or higher, with 1–3 years in data analysis or process improvement. A hybrid work schedule is possible in the Portland area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1 to 3 years of data or statistical analysis or business process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of the Navy Recruiting process.
• Ability to collect data, analyze information, create metrics, and provide recommendations.
• DoD Secret clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of a supply chain management process/architecture for MPTE flow.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and communications plans from Navy Recruiting Command tools.
• Analyze recruiting program requirements and coordinate planning efforts.
