Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking a Systems Administrator to support Navy production networks with a solid background in Windows, Exchange, and VMware ESXi. You will design, maintain, and troubleshoot critical systems to meet Navy mission requirements and secure operations.

You will work with in-house teams to translate IT needs into secure, scalable solutions, lead technical sustainment efforts, and investigate new techniques to stay ahead of threats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Windows Server 2022/2026, Windows 11, Active Directory, and VMWare ESXi
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
• HS diploma or GED
• Security+ or IAT Level II Certification
• Clearance: Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical sustainment of Navy production networks
• Coordinate work with in-house teams to translate IT needs and future goals into a secure plan
• Lead the team through network design and evaluate alternatives to balance security and mission needs
