Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Program Manager to support our Navy customer on the AN/USQ-82(V) program, a family of mission-critical shipboard networks used to transfer data and messages between systems on US Navy ships.

The role requires DoD/DoN program management experience, an active security clearance, effective technical writing and communication, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work is allowed, with in-person meetings at the Washington Navy Yard.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
• 10 years of technical program management experience, 7+ in DoD/DoN.
• Familiarity with FMS procedures and ITAR.
• Proficient technical writing and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as Program Manager for the AN/USQ-82(V) program across affected contracts.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance.
• Plan resources and oversee staffing.
• Serve as primary liaison with Government customer.
• Provide program status briefings including financial & technical status.
