Job summary

ORBIS Inc. seeks a Program/Financial Analyst to work on site at the Washington Navy Yard, DC, supporting the NAVSEA RADIAC Program Office. You will provide program management support to the Director and staff, with emphasis on budget execution, financial reporting, and documentation.

The role requires five years of government financial analysis experience, DoD budgeting familiarity, and a US citizen with a secret clearance. BS in business is preferred; security requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a financial analyst supporting a government agency.
• Experience with PPBES, DoD budgeting concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Applies DoD PPBES budgeting concepts to Navy program funding and execution.
• Prepares budget execution documents and acts as primary budget contact for the program.
• Monitors obligations and expenditures and reports variances to senior management.
• Supports program staff with acquisition, business, and infrastructure fiscal planning.
