ICI Services Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support NAVSEA PEO IWS BFM in Washington, DC. You will help manage budgets, perform financial analysis, and advise on risk mitigation within a DoD environment.

The role requires extensive Navy financial systems experience and a Bachelor's in finance or related field. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with IPTs to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Navy financial systems experience.
• 8+ years of financial support to a Navy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgets preparation and tracking.
• Analyze budget estimates for accuracy and conformance.
• Support COF requirements development and budgeting.
• Conduct financial risk analysis and advise mitigation strategies.
• Develop and issue formal financial policies as needed.
• Participate in IPTs to improve business rules.
• Mentor Junior and Mid-Level Analysts.
• Track Congressional budget deliberations and reports.
• Prepare briefs, issue papers, and responses to public affairs actions.
