The ideal candidate will have DoD clearance eligibility, 2+ years in a related role, and proficiency with the MS Office suite and SharePoint to drive meetings, action items, and executive briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Administrative/Operational Coordinator, or equivalent in government or defense.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with SharePoint, data entry, metrics tracking, and action item management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel support and represent the Navy program office at conferences and events.
• Create and update SOPs for consistent processes.
• Maintain oversight of availability material data for reporting and readiness assessments.
• Develop and maintain program documentation including MOAs and leadership briefs.
