Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DoD or DoW program or project management roles.
• Experience leading and managing complex tasks, including building briefs, tracking budgets and schedules, and working across functional communities.
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of NAVSEA program offices, acquisition, and budgetary processes such as tracking funding line items and expenditures, including SCN, OPN, and RDT&E, and systems engineering.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to utilize AI to gather, analyze, interpret, and present critical data to key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business field.

Responsibilities

• Work with Navy leadership and stakeholders to provide DoD acquisition, program management, logistical, and financial support.
• Support analyses to assist Navy acquisition and logistics professionals; coordinate with Navy personnel and industry partners.
• Produce reports, briefs, plans, budgets, and research; manage meetings and admin tasks for the program.
• Provide program and project management support, budget and schedule tracking, and briefing materials development.
• Apply understanding of Navy surface ship operations, combat systems, and weapon systems.
