Job summary

Synchron, LLC seeks a Data Analyst to support the Navy's OPNAV N81 Division by assisting in PPBE related analysis. The role develops and balances Navy equities in the DoN POM process and DoD budget submissions to Congress.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in math or engineering, 3+ years in data analysis, advanced Excel, and basic R/Python skills. DoD Secret clearance is required. Work location is Pentagon, Arlington, VA with limited telework potential depending on workload.

Qualifications

• Advanced level proficiency with MS Excel is required.

• Experience briefing senior leadership.
• Active DoD Secret level clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and balancing Navy equities within the POM and DoD budget.
• Provide analytic capabilities to evaluate alternatives, costs, risks, and effectiveness.
