Serco is seeking a Project Manager to lead the PORTS program in Middletown, RI. You will coordinate between the Program Manager, customer, and project team to drive on-time, on-budget delivery of Navy simulation training systems.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of management experience, including P&L. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project is essential.

Qualificações

• US citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, applied science, or management
• Minimum 5 years of management experience including profit and loss
• Familiar with software development projects
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Travel up to 10%

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects; liaison between Program Manager, Customer, and project team
• Review status of projects and budgets; review project work products; manage schedules and prepare status reports
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements
• Adhere to quality objectives, technical metrics, and schedules
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects
