Job summary

Serco is seeking a Project Manager to join the PORTS program supporting Navy training systems. You will oversee daily project operations, coordinate between the Program Manager, customer, and project team, and ensure schedules, budgets, and DoD-compliant reporting are met.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, a STEM/management degree, and at least 5 years of management experience in software development or defense programs, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, applied science, or management.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Experience with software development projects and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements and ensure quality objectives.
