Serco is seeking a Project Manager to lead PORTS program efforts in support of Navy training systems. You will manage schedules, budgets, and data deliverables while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of management experience, DoD secret clearance eligibility, and a strong background in software development projects with MS Office and MS Project proficiency.

Competenze

• US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree as stated.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Familiar with software development projects.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office products.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage day-to-day aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Adhere to quality objectives, metrics, and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
