Job summary

Synchron, LLC is seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst to support OPNAV N81 in modeling, simulation analysis, and campaign studies. The on-site role involves aligning policy decisions with modeling outputs and guiding study plans, data analytics, and CONOPS development.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in an applicable field and extensive experience in Navy technical programs or war-fighting analysis, with a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, statistics, engineering, chemistry or physics.
• Fifteen years’ experience in one or more listed disciplines as applied to Navy technical programs or seven years in war-fighting analysis or OA subspecialty code.
• Experience supporting modeling and simulation based analysis and managing budgeting, warfare analysis, project scheduling/tracking, and logistics requirements analysis.
• Experience developing white papers, project documents and briefings for executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience briefing executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite liaison between the government program office and simulation lab to synchronize policy decisions with modeling efforts.
• Provide recommendations on study plans and issues; assist with modeling techniques and data analytics.
• Identify inputs used in simulations, modeling, and wargaming efforts.
• Develop analyses of simulation and wargaming results to inform leadership of capability limitations.
• Recommend changes to improve model representation of forces and methodologies.
