Job summary

Serco is seeking a senior analyst to support Navy’s Campaign Analysis Program at the Pentagon. The role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a strong background in operations research, modeling, and wargaming to inform Navy capabilities and CONOPS.

The position emphasizes independent analysis, rigorous study design, and briefings to leadership, with collaboration among active-duty Navy personnel and government staff to advance campaign solutions and POM development.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance or eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 15 years of experience in Navy technical programs or 7 years in warfighting analysis or OA subspecialty code.
• Experience with modeling and simulation-based analysis, budgeting, warfare analysis, scheduling/tracking, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations on study plans, analysis methods, and development of campaign scenarios and CONOPS.
• Identify inputs used in simulations, modeling, and wargaming.
• Provide independent assessment to ensure sound analytical practices and accurate Navy representations.
• Brief leadership with analytic results and recommendations.
• Develop scenario excursions to support POM development and assess model sensitivity to platform/tactics/CONOPS changes.
• Advance technical maturity assessments of analysis methods and modeling approaches.
• Advise leadership on campaign and mission studies to identify Navy capability gaps.
