Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Sr. Modeling and Simulation Engineer/Campaign Analyst to provide onsite support at Naval Air Station - Patuxent River, MD.

The role involves warfighting assessments, analysis, and advanced concept development for Navy and allied systems. Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree, have 12+ years of experience, and possess 6+ years in modeling, data analysis, and operations research, with an active TS/SCI clearance and ability to work fully onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Software coding and data science skills.
• 12+ years of total experience.
• 6+ years of modeling, computer programming, data analysis, and/or operations research analysis experience.
• Strong desire to expand modeling, simulation, and analysis expertise.
• Experienced with study planning/execution.
• Works well in collaborative environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform warfighting assessments and effectiveness analysis and advanced concept development and design.
• Provide analytic support for pre-acquisition, acquisition, and sustainment of Navy, Joint, and allied systems.
• Perform modeling and simulations for operational analysis.
