Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Medical Materials Manager to oversee warehouse operations supporting the Navy EXMED mission. The role involves receiving, inventory, packing, and using DMLSS/HIMS to manage TOAs/AMALs.

We require at least 5 years in logistics or medical warehouses with supervisory experience, and ability to learn DoD systems. This on-site role in Virginia offers exempt status and growth opportunities within Federal Contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or medical warehouse operations.
• Three or more years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to learn specialized software related to departmental operations.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be detail-oriented and adhere to SOPs and DoD publications.
• Customer service and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of warehousing activities and operations.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Maintain communication with leadership and clients to address challenges.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Proficient use of DMLSS/HIMS or equivalent systems for routine processes.
• Coordinate warehouse logistics and inventory control activities.
• Perform inventory management and disposition of excess or unserviceable items.
• Quality control of transaction records and documentation.
