  • Conduct inventory control and stock accountability tasks including location audits, shelf‑life checks, annual inventories, discrepancy research, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records in DMLSS/HIMS, including receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and QA message actions.

  • Identify and remove expired/outdated medical materiel, maintain shelf‑life management, and support quality assurance documentation.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; maintain certification as required.
  • Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, PPE requirements, hazardous material handling rules, and warehouse organization standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and support general warehouse housekeeping.
Required Qualifications

  • Direct experience supporting NMRLC, Navy logistics, EXMED, AMAL/ADAL, or deployable medical systems.
  • Experience with SAP, inventory reconciliation, demand planning, and discrepancy resolution.
