Gigamon seeks a Senior Regional Sales Director for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps to drive direct and channel sales across Navy commands and named accounts. The role requires strategic account planning, solution positioning, and close collaboration with Presales and Product teams.

Candidates should have 10+ years selling to the U.S. Navy, a track record of quota attainment, and the ability to travel ~60%. DC, Charleston, or San Diego residence is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling relevant technologies to the U.S. Navy.
• Experience in Federal technology market and complex sales cycles.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes and dashboards in Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Own sales of Gigamon products and solutions through the VAR channel and direct engagement within Navy territory and named accounts.
• Achieve sales budgets and growth by expanding Navy accounts and partnerships.
• Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline health using Salesforce/Clari.
