SimVentions, Inc. in Dahlgren, VA is seeking an Information Assurance Specialist to support a Navy tactical system integrating with EW sensors. The role focuses on maintaining test environments, ensuring RMF/STIG compliance, and coordinating with DoD SMEs.

Applicants should have DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification, Linux administration experience, and familiarity with GitLab, Docker/Podman, JIRA, and Cisco switches. Travel to external test sites may be required.

Qualifications

• DoD cybersecurity requirements including RMF, STIG, vulnerability scanning, and POA&M management.
• Knowledge of classified DoD networks (SIPRNET/SDREN).
• Experience maintaining test environments and supporting software integration and test activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn test assets and classified build environments in the SKCS lab.
• Maintain test equipment and troubleshoot with SMEs when needed.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define test requirements for correct SKCS test environments.
• Assist T&I and CM/DM teams with tasks as needed.
