Job summary

Odme Solutions, Llc seeks a logistics specialist to manage government equipment, inventory, and shipping for Navy C4ISR programs under a 12‑month contract in San Diego. You will coordinate GFE/CFE handling, counts, and logistics records with NAVSUP interfaces and OEMs.

Must have DoD/navy logistics experience, relevant software knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A DoD Secret clearance is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics or lifecycle sustainment experience supporting DoD/Naval programs.
• Working knowledge of Navy logistics and supply apps such as OneTouch, DECKPLATE, PMSMIS 3.0, or WebFLIS.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods during audits.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, log, package, stage, and dispatch government and contractor-furnished equipment (GFE/CFE).
• Conduct wall-to-wall and cycle counts; reconcile with digital records for audit readiness.
• Forecast replenishment, repair, and procurement needs based on usage data.
• Interface with NAVSUP, OEMs, and freight carriers to expedite shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain logistics records in OneTouch, Deckplate, PMSMIS 3.0, and WebFLIS.
• Coordinate with ISEAs, technical offices, and end-users to align material delivery with fleet schedules.
• Participate in readiness reviews and logistics meetings to ensure continuity during the contract period.
