Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Logistics Analyst in San Diego, CA to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program. You will work under Senior ILS Managers across provisioning, maintenance engineering, technical data, and supply support functions.

You will develop MIPs/MRCs, manage provisioning data with ICAPS-CS, and coordinate interfaces for NSN establishment. A DoD secret clearance and Navy ILS experience are required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Requires DoD SECRET clearance and 5–15 years Navy ILS/logistics experience.
Experience with ICAPS-CS, FLIS, and Navy provisioning processes is needed.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MIPs, MRCs, and LOARs.
Prepare and manage provisioning data using ICAPS-CS.
Coordinate NAVSUP and TSA interfaces for NSN establishment and stock number management.
Execute APL/AEL maintenance and data updates.
Support LORA analysis, ILS audits, and CASREP response.
Assist in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Maintain PHS&T documentation and CSA/ ECO tracking.
Support QPRs, ILS Working Groups, and RMC collaborations.
