Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) seeks a Technical Writer to develop and update technical content for naval systems, including IETMs. You will collect information from engineers, draft procedures, and produce diagrams and tables for installation, operation, and maintenance.

The role requires clear writing, ability to verify content from multiple sources, and experience with ICP programs and graphics tools. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Writes technical content for manuals and publications describing installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Writes in clear language adhering to customer standards and conventions.
• Interviews workers, observes methods, and references drawings and manuals to verify content.
• Defines required graphics and uses PowerPoint/Photoshop for figures.
• Experience supporting the ICP program.

Responsibilities

• Produce IETMs and technical documentation for naval systems.
• Update existing documents in response to engineering changes.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity for a wide range of audiences.
