Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Portfolio Manager to drive analytics-enabled modernization of Navy personnel systems and HR processes in support of total force readiness. You will perform business analysis, lead backlog refinement, write clear user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders across FM and FD to deliver enterprise HR/IT modernization initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years of BA experience, experience with agile ceremonies, and familiarity with federal portfolio tools.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business analysis for technology or mission-driven programs.
Experience with backlog management and writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements and translating needs into functional specs.
Experience supporting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews.
Familiarity with federal portfolio management tools (DITPR-DON, DADMS, or JUPITER).
Ability to clarify requirements and support cross-team alignment.
Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS.
