Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval IT Portfolio Manager to support the Navy's IT portfolio, aligning applications, data, and systems with DoW and DON policies and security requirements.

You will guide roadmaps, set milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while collaborating with Echelon I/II and other stakeholders to deliver compliant, modern IT solutions. A Secret clearance is required, and the role emphasizes cybersecurity and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience researching and maintaining complex Navy applications, systems, data, and databases per DADMS and DITPR-DON policies.
• 3+ years of experience providing technical and administrative support on IT policy and strategy, including briefing materials for senior leaders.
• Experience communicating IT portfolio rules and policies to Echelon I and II stakeholders.
• Ability to guide DoW technology policy, including cloud migration, DevSecOps, and modernization efforts.

• Establish milestones and implement metrics to track progress.
