The role emphasizes strategy, capture, and contract oversight across FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus contracts, with a strong expectation of navigating DoD environments and maintaining security clearances.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of BD and program management oversight on DoD/Navy programs.
• 10+ years mentoring and leading leaders and large capture teams.
• Experience integrating private-sector tech into Navy missions.
• Experience assessing new technologies for Navy missions.
• Experience managing engineering, AI, and data science teams for Navy delivery.
• Experience with FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus contracts.
• Ability to communicate with C-Suite and senior Navy leadership.
• Bachelor's degree and Secret clearance.
