Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. is seeking a Financial Management Analyst, Journeyman, to support PMA-261 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The role is fast-paced, demanding professionalism, initiative, and strong financial acumen across budget development, execution tracking, and documentation using Navy/DoD systems.

Requires a BA/BS (or equivalent) and 3–10 years of related experience. Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required. Hybrid work may be available with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent substitution per policy.
• 3–10 years of combined experience in financial management duties.
• Secret security clearance required; U.S. Citizenship is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain IPT spend plans aligned with program milestones.
• Track monthly obligations and variances against Navy benchmarks; flag risks.
• Draft funding documents within Navy ERP (N-ERP) for CIV approval and reconciling accounts.
• Research and compile data for PBR cycles and program briefs.
